Thessaloniki policeman arrested over daughter’s death
A policeman was arrested in Thessaloniki on Tuesday on suspicion of strangling his 7-year-old daughter.
According to authorities, the unnamed officer called the police after killing his daughter at their home in the Evosmos neighborhood.
The policeman is a member of the local riot squad and had recently returned to the service after a nine-month paternal leave.
