Missing shepherd found near Greek-Albanian border
A 72-year-old shepherd who had been reported missing last Wednesday in the Mourgana mountain range close to Greece’s northern border with Albanian was located on Saturday.
The man, for whom police officers as well as members of the EMAK rescue team had been searching, was reported to be in good health.
Authorities suggested the shepherd had become lost and ended up wandering in the mountainous area without food and water for four days.
