SYRIZA MEP says he warned Tsipras in March of ‘unpleasant reality’
SYRIZA MEP Costas Chrysogonos published on Monday a letter he says he sent to Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in which he argued that the government had to face an “unpleasant reality.”
In his letter, Chrysogonos suggested it was clear that the government could not fulfill its pre-election commitments and that following a route that led to a rift with lenders was not a viable option.
In publishing the letter, Chrysogonos said that he has not received a reply from the premier since sending the note.
