Woman injured after falling onto tracks
A woman who fell onto tracks at the Dafni station of the Athens metro early on Monday was transferred to a local hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.
According to witnesses, the woman became trapped between the tracks and the wall after falling.
Services on Line 2 of the metro were temporarily suspended as members of the fire service rescued her.
