Pele the Pelican…
Pele the Pelican might soon appear on Greek stamps together with other characters by popular children’s author Eugene Trivizas, the Post Office said yesterday. A Post Office announcement said Pele had been appointed an honorary postman, after the Athens Academy honored Trivizas – a Reading University professor of criminology – on January 30.
