Greeks will vote for ‘hope, democracy, dignity,’ says PASOK chief
“This is the hour for a decision and responsibility,” newly elected PASOK chief Fofi Gennimata, said on Sunday after voting in a controversial referendum in the Athenian suburb of Neos Cosmos.
“The Greek people, united, will vote for hope, democracy, dignity,” said Gennimata. “We are seeking a sustainable agreement. We are standing up against those who want Greece out of Europe. We are sending a powerful message that we want the country to remain in Europe and the euro.”
