Two arrested for selling stolen cable TV

Police have arrested in Halkidiki, northern Greece, two men alleged to have hacked subscription TV channels and made their programs available to customers via a set-top box connected to the Internet.

The two men, aged 49 and 28, are alleged to have built up a customer list of some 22,000 people, who paid a fee to the suspects and not to the pay TV channels they watched.

The 49-year-old owns a store in the area, while the 28-year-old technician is his employee.
