Preveza traffic police chief’s car targeted in arson attack
Arsonists set on fire a car belonging to the head of the traffic police in Preveza, northwestern Greece, early on Thursday.
The vehicle was in the parking area beneath the apartment block where the officer lives.
Police found a container of flammable liquid, possibly fuel, at the site.
Nobody was injured in the blaze, which was put out by the local fire service.
