Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias is due to meet US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland on Tuesday, it was announced on Friday.
Nuland will be taking part in the International Conference on Religious and Cultural Plurality and Peaceful Coexistence in the Middle East, which will take place in Athens from Sunday until Tuesday.
This will be the first in a series of meetings with foreign diplomats for Kotzias.
The ministry said he will meet with Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov in Athens on Wednesday.
He will also hold talks with his French counterpart Laurent Fabius, who will accompany French President Francois Hollande on his visit to Athens on Thursday and Friday.
From October 25 to 28, Kotzias will be on an official visit to Nicosia, where he will hold talks with his Cypriot counterpart, Ioannis Kasoulides.
On October 29, he is due to host German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Athens.
