Farmers to protest tax hikes in Athens on Wednesday
Farmers are to gather on Wednesday morning in front of Parliament, following a call to protest by agricultural associations in northern Greece on Monday.
Farmers are planning the rally ahead of a vote in the House on the second set of prior actions Athens must ratify before further loans are released by creditors.
This batch will include increases to farmers’ taxes.
