Police find 33 Syrians hidden in truck, arrest two for trafficking
Greek police have found 33 Syrian refugees being transported in the back of a truck in the northeast of the country.
The vehicle was stopped in the Evros area and the refugees were found in the back, which was covered by a tarpaulin.
The driver and his companion, both 27-year-old Bulgarians, were arrested on suspicion of human trafficking.
