After Cyprus, US’s John Kerry expected in Athens
US Secretary of State John Kerry is due in Athens on Friday for talks with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias.
The two foreign ministers are scheduled to meet at 12.30 p.m. and are expected to make joint statements after their talks.
Kerry will meet Tsipras ahead of his meeting with Kotzias.
The US envoy was in Cyprus on Thursday, where he held talks with Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades and Turkish-Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci.
