Kalymnos police arrest boat passenger with 3 kg of heroin
Police on the southeastern Aegean island of Kalymnos on Wednesday arrested a 31-year-old man on drug trafficking charges after he was allegedly found carrying 3 kilograms of heroin and nearly 6.5 kg of cannabis.
The suspect arrived on the island by ferry boat from Piraeus.
He was carrying a large carry-all and was put under surveillance until his arrest after his bag was searched in the town of Vathy.
