Mitsotakis to meet Greek President, party leaders
One day after meeting with the prime minister, New Democracy’s newly-elected leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis was on Wednesday scheduled to meet with President of the Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos.
On Thursday, Mitsotakis will meet with Stavros Theodorakis, leader of the centrist To Potami party ahead of talks with PASOK chief Fofi Gennimata the following day.
A survey published Wednesday showed that if elections were held today SYRIZA would get 24 percent of the vote while New Democracy would take 28 percent.
