Tsipras to attend Syria conference in London on Thursday
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will take part in the Supporting Syria and the Region conference in London on Thursday, his office announced.
Tsipras will be accompanied on the trip by State Minister Nikos Pappas and Alternate Foreign Minister Nikos Xydakis.
The conference is being co-hosted by the UK, Germany, Kuwait, Norway and the United Nations.
It aims to bring together world leaders to discuss ways of raising the money needed to help millions of people whose lives have been affected by the civil war in Syria.
