Greek contractors to abstain from public tenders
Greek contractors have announced they will not participate in tenders for public works, beginning Tuesday through to next Tuesday, in protest at social security reforms.
In a statement, Greek construction associations said they support recent demonstrations around the country against pension reform plans that, they said, target engineers “who form the backbone” of the construction industry.
