Thessaloniki businessman nabbed for tax evasion
A Thessaloniki businessman was arrested Tuesday on charges of tax evasion and issuing forged documents, authorities said.
The 62-year-old, for whom police had issued an arrest warrant, is accused of issuing bogus invoices in 2003-4 and 2005-6 that totaled 490,000 euros when he was the president and managing director of a corporation that imported and distributed clothing.
