British police to assist in inquiries in Greece over missing Ben Needham

The mother of Ben Needham, the toddler who went missing 25 years ago, will arrive on Kos on Tuesday with a team of British police officers in a bid to find information that could help the effort to find him.

The Help Find Ben Needham campaign said in a statement that his mother, Kerry, and 10 officers were heading to the Greek island “to find new witnesses as they urge islanders to come forward with any information which might help the case.”

Ben went missing on July 24, 1991 at the age of 21 months during a holiday on Kos with his mother and grandparents. He would be 26 years old today.
