A demonstrator in a Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki mask takes part in a protest against the Olympic Games in central Athens yesterday. Some 500 people attended the march, while fights broke out with riot police outside the Labor Ministry. The protest focused on new security measures adopted ahead of the Olympics, and on working conditions at Olympic sites. The crosses refer to laborers killed in work site accidents.
