Man arrested in Attica on child porn charges
The police cybercrime unit has arrested a 39-year-old man in Attica for the alleged possession and the online distribution of child pornography.
The investigation was based on evidence collected by Europol and the US-based National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
After a search in the suspect’s home, police confiscated a personal computer, a digital storage device, a mobile phone, an external hard drive, and a USB memory stick with an unspecified amount of child porn data.
