Athens police arrest two over contraband smokes
Two Bangladeshi nationals, both aged 28, have been arrested for the possession of contraband cigarettes, police in Athens said on Tuesday.
In a search of their homes in Patissia and Kolonos, police found and confiscated 7,977 packets of cigarettes and 906 of tobacco.
Both men appeared appeared before an Athens prosecutor later on Tuesday.
