Ferry service restores Sporades’ mainland connection
The Shipping Ministry has announced a replacement ferry service to restore the connection of the Sporades island group to the Greek mainland.
The existing service has been disrupted due to maintenance work on the Express Skiathos and Aqua Jewel ferries.
The emergency service between the islands and the Central Greece town of Volos will be carried out by the Myrtidiotissa ferryboat, the ministry said.
