British rape suspects convicted
A court in Crete has found two 22-year-old British nationals guilty of the rape of a young woman, also a British national, on the island during the summer of 2015 when she was out with friends celebrating her 18th birthday.
The two suspects were handed five-year suspended jail sentences, pending appeal, with bail set at 5,000 euros each by June 16.
