Skeleton found in duffel bag in Sounio
A coroner is trying to establish the identity of a skeleton found by a hiker in a duffel bag at the entrance of a cistern in the area of Sounio in southern Attica on Thursday.
Attica police and the medical examiner of Athens University are hoping to get a lead on the deceased’s identity and cause of death to determine whether foul play was involved.
