Three arrested in connection with attack on Aspropyrgos migrants
Three men were arrested Thursday in connection with a brutal attack on two migrant workers in the industrial zone of Aspropyrgos, west of Athens, on Saturday.
A warrant for their arrest was issued by a prosecutor Thursday morning after they had been identified as being among those who carried out the attack, which involved the use of brass knuckles and knives, and left one victim with head injuries.
According to police sources, a 17 year-old who is also wanted in connection with the attack remains at large.
