Man dies in plunge from 5th floor of Athens hotel
Police have launched an investigation into the death of a 42-year-old Albanian man in the center of Athens.
The victim is said to have jumped from the fifth floor of a hotel near Omonia Square late on Monday while holding a bag that contained 4,000 euros in cash.
The man was taken to hospital where doctors confirmed his death.
Authorities did not say if they suspected foul play.
