Vistors admire sculptures made of butter and depicting the ancient god Phoebus Apollo (r) and goddess Athena, whose names have been borrowed for the Olympic mascots Phevos and Athena. Chef D. Nikolakopoulos and his team presented some of their creations in relation to the Olympics at an Athenian hotel yesterday.
