Deputy Culture Minister…

Deputy Culture Minister Petros Tatoulis (r) inspects the weather-beaten marble of Hadrian’s Arch in central Athens yesterday. Following a cleaning process that started in October 2002, the second-century AD gate will be delivered grime-free at the end of June. The scaffolding will go up again after the Olympics, to allow conservation.
