Finnish driver Harri Rovanpera shoots off in his Peugeot 307 in a special opening stage of the Acropolis Rally in central Greece yesterday. The traditional start at the foot of the Acropolis has been scrapped this year. The rally, which starts today and ends in Athens on Sunday, covers 1,443.5 kilometers (897 miles), of which 377 (236 miles) are in 22 special stages.
