A conservator tends to a neoclassical marble statue of a griffin yesterday at the Culture Ministry’s directorate for conservation in Kerameikos, central Athens. Deputy Culture Minister Petros Tatoulis yesterday visited the directorate, where the ministry’s central burglar alarm system is housed. The system covers some 500 museums and storage areas.
