Finance Minister Giorgos Alogoskoufis, PASOK MP Theodoros Pangalos and Independent MP Manos Andrianopoulos will take part. Transport Minister Michalis Liapis visits the ETHEL bus depot at 11 a.m. for ceremony inducting new buses to the fleet. Kokkalis Foundation holds Athens Forum 2004, featuring a lecture on «EU Enlargement and the Challenge of Democracy in the European Union» by the president of the European University Institute, Florence, Professor Yves Meny.
