Athletes from Iraq’s 25-strong Olympic contingent wave to photographers after their arrival yesterday at Athens Airport. The core of the team is the soccer squad, while Iraqis will also compete in athletics, swimming, weightlifting, judo, boxing, tae kwon do and boxing.
