Coronavirus: 721 new cases, 49 deaths

Greek authorities announced 721 new cases of coronavirus and 49 fatalities over the past 24 hours Friday.

Greece’s total number of confirmed coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic is now 143,494, with 5,195 dead.

A total of 386 patients remain on ventilators in intensive care units while 950 have left ICU.
