A Labor Ministry official displays a winning number during yesterday’s second day of draws for flats in the Olympic Village on the northwestern fringes of Athens. The new estate will be used as workers’ housing. There are some 2,000 flats in the complex, most of which will be sold at a low price to large, low-income families. The draw process ends tomorrow.
