A giant banner…
A giant banner advertising the new European Constitution adorns the front of the Foreign Ministry offices in central Athens yesterday. European Union foreign ministers agreed on the need to inform member states’ citizens of the potential benefits of adopting the Constitution during an EU summit in Amsterdam earlier this month. The Constitution is due to be signed in Rome this Friday.
