A program for Pindos
There are dozens of beautiful – and dying – villages to be found in the Pindos range. To halt this trend, in early October, the state decided to set up pilot programs in sustainable development in northern and central Pindos, covering the prefectures of Ioannina, Trikala, Kastoria and Grevena. Coordinating the whole scheme is Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Christos Folias.
