Firemen dressed in protective clothing are decontaminated yesterday outside the British Council building on Kolonaki Square, central Athens, after handling an envelope containing a suspicious white powder that was sent to the UK cultural institution. The powder is being tested for toxicity. A similar envelope was sent to the Education Ministry.
