A firefighter walks away…
A firefighter walks away from the remains of a mattress factory which burned down in Metamorphosis, northwestern Athens, yesterday. Some 60 firefighters and 20 fire engines battled for about four hours to put out the blaze, which began in the building’s basement just after 11 a.m. Nobody was injured in the fire as the factory was closed for the summer vacation and there were no employees inside.
