Philhellene Roger Milliex

French writer and philhellene Roger Milliex (seen at left in this archive photo) died yesterday at the age of 92. Milliex was awarded the Order of the Phoenix in recognition of his efforts to promote relations and cultural exchanges between Greece and France.
