Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis speaks during the opening of the United Nations-organized Internet Governance Forum which opened yesterday in Vouliagmeni, southern Athens. Over 1,000 Internet experts from 90 countries are participating in the forum, which is scheduled to run through Thursday.
