The Bulgarian nurses in Libya

What do you plan to do following the death sentence passed by a Libyan court on the five nurses from Bulgaria who were charged with infecting patients with HIV? Things have not come to an end with that case. There are other rulings after the sentence. Now they will appeal to the Supreme Court. They will make maximum use of the remaining judicial and other mechanisms to get a favorable solution that will lead to the release of our compatriots. We greatly value the precious support of the Greeks in this case and the contribution of Athens to initiatives for dealing with the spread of AIDS in Benghazi. We continue to count on the offers of Greek and international partners in finding a solution to this tragic case.
