A powerful explosion…
A powerful explosion early on Saturday morning caused serious damage to a small church at Anavyssos, on the coastal road from Athens to Sounion. Police believe that unidentified assailants had planted a large quantity of dynamite with the aim of destroying the Aghios Nikolaos church which houses rare murals and icons and acts as a lighthouse for sailors.
