French Institute
For the past three years, a successful social sciences research seminar has been held by the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales de Paris (EHESS) and the French Institute in Athens under the aegis of the French Embassy in Athens. At this year’s event, «State and City,» three directors of studies will analyze aspects of the formation of states. With the active participation of students, postgraduate researchers, historians, anthropologists, political scientists, sociologists and economists, this international academic exchange has begun a workshop for interdisciplinary research.
