Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis talks with EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana on the sidelines of a summit of an EU summit in Bremen, Germany, yesterday. Foreign ministers discussed the future of Kosovo but failed to endorse a UN plan granting the province independence. Greece, Slovakia, Cyprus and Spain expressed skepticism about the plan. The issue goes to the UN Security Council next week where it may face a veto from Russia.
