Political will needed
here is no question that the black market is becoming a plague. Illegal vendors have been freely operating for years without paying taxes, import duties, municipal fees or social security and are profiting at the expense of consumers, local society, the country as a whole and the state. At times it may have been restricted, but it has never been defeated. Fighting unlawful trade is purely a question of political will. Unless the Economy, Development and Public Order ministries, the municipalities and prefectures coordinate their efforts, illegal commerce will continue to expand, to the detriment of all of us.
