Rescue workers…

Rescue workers on a lifeboat are pictured off the island of Kea on Saturday placing a barrier around a sunken private yacht to curb the spread of gasoline and other toxic chemicals. The Dutch-flagged MATA sank after hitting rocks off Kea, which lies about 50 kilometers southeast of Athens. It is unclear what caused the collision, which did not result in any injuries among the 11 passengers, all Greek nationals, who had been aboard the cabin cruiser. All the passengers were rescued and taken safely ashore.
