Protest for Bhutto in Athens…
A Pakistani man holds up a picture of murdered Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Benazir Bhutto during a protest by migrants in Omonia Square, central Athens, on Saturday. A few hundred people attended the rally. Bhutto was assassinated after giving a speech in Rawalpindi last week. Yesterday, her 19-year-old son Bilawal was chosen to take over as leader of the PPP. He will be a titular head while he finishes his studies at Oxford University. Bhutto’s widower, Asif Ali Zardari, will handle the day-to-day business of the party.
