Pensioners win meeting with PM
An elderly man takes a cigarette break during a pension protest in central Athens yesterday, which culminated in three representatives meeting with Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis to voice their concerns about the plight of pensioners. Karamanlis asked Economy and Finance Minister Giorgos Alogoskoufis to meet with the pensioners too.
