Looking for some respite in city heat wave
Three tourists seek respite from the sweltering heat on a bench in Syntagma Square in central Athens yesterday. An attempt by some 50 people to seek some relief from the heat at Dafni beach on Zakynthos almost turned into a disaster yesterday, when a wildfire left them trapped and they had to be saved by coast guard boats.
