A vaccine against swine flu…
A vaccine against swine flu should be available in Greece at the beginning of October, the president of the National Organization for Medicines, Vassilis Kontozamanis, said yesterday. He added that enough of the drug, which is still being tested, will be available to inoculate 4 million people but that the vaccines would be distributed only at special vaccination centers. Those most vulnerable to swine flu, children older than 5, those aged over 65 and anyone with chronic health problems, will be the first to be vaccinated. Children under 5 will probably just be given the seasonal flu jab.
